Now...I don't know the specs for this truck, but I'm certain it's as bad as they come.
Not only does it have twin steering axles, but it is also a "tri-drive," which means all three rear axles are powered. This is a rare set-up for a semi-truck. And the company that is transporting these, has been taking them up to Northern Canada.
I would LOVE to take this bad boy out in the woods on some logging road and raise some hell.
First, you hook it up to a heavy load, say about 200,000lbs. Then, you engage the cross-locks, which are devices that lock all 3 differentials together: side to side/front to back. Finally, you find the biggest, baddest haul road, and put the throttle down. Oh yeah!
That's so powerful looking. It's surely handsome, too. The all around most impressive looking semi-truck I've ever seen. I'd like to see a lady in a pink, or purple one.
My dad was a long-distance hauler all of his life. I think he might've transported everything at one time, or another.

Thanks again for sharing, Stan. Great stuff.
