Green inland sea
Eternity glimpsed
Meditation unending

Grasp at straws
As the newsman

Dirty streets
Rain cannot clean

Someday the rain will fall
On a lifeless form
That once held breath
Eyes that saw light

Rain falling
Across lawns green
May the tombstone relate
The sound

Falling water
Rodeo DreamAll those years waiting
Wondering every time I laid down

My Mother again

Father chose another life
Apart from his wife and kids
Damaged goods
Left to decay

Hitting back at imaginary enemies

The hurt

The disappointment
The disillusionment
The apathy
The depression
The melancholy

Cliffs which shouldered the
Eternal walls of Gehenna
Above the damned flames

III.  "Whence have you come
Dear Brother Pale?"
He answered slowly,
"From pagan lands
Celebrating bloody feasts
To broken lords
of lowest clay feet."

IV.  I took his arm and led
Him towards the Gate
Where we found an
Obstinate ghoul
A Doorman of
Nefarious reign
And blind hate

V.  "Halt! Who appears
Before these blackened
Portals strong?"
