Only the truth if I can bear
To make it known
More to myself than to you

She is beautiful
In mind, spirit and heart
Listening to her thoughts
As a gracious melody
That I had the utmost privilege
Of curating

Seeing her smile
Sent shivers coursing along my spine
The hair stands up on my arms
And in my heart I know
I would do anything to protect her

Now she is gone away; parted company unavoidably
Almost subconsciously
I await her return

Yes, I am moving on to other things
But certain friends possess a special place
In one's heart
And that door will always remain open
For her
Under HeavenMaking believe
That these dreams are real
Flying high in my own mind
Shoes are made of lead

Can't be outspoken
Knees broken
If I'm more than a token

These words may upset you
How can I let you
Be complacent in your ways
When every day is burning
The people are yearning
For freedom from themselves

All I see is routine
Mr. Clean so pristine
Money is made by keeping it this way
No stepping out of line for you

Lies are quick profit
So why knock it
Throw your neighbor a party
Hors d'oeuvre's and Bacardi

All the while you're scheming
Staring up at the ceiling
How to corporate raid
The local arcade
Gimme' all the dou

This is my first photomanipulation utilizing other's stock
images.

Its a simple piece compared to many works on dA, but with a very limited understanding of using an Image Editor with an outdated PC...its the best I could do. Please be gentle :) lol.

Looks cool to me! I don't have any sort of digit resources or I'd be sure to never leave my computer for desire to play with every photo I'd ever taken, LOL! I like the clock and the arch way.
