Wonderful colour and contrast of texture...the telephone pole in the back is a nice touch. It sets the scene as being rural, but just out of reach of being cluttered by people and also gives a sense of distance without showing yards and yards of corn (which can get damn boring real fast, speaking as someone who lives in it, lol!). Great piece with a lot of technical know-how and dead-on lighting manipulation. Nice work! :)

Thank you!!
Yeah, as you say, I wanted to capture the essence if you will, of the rural scenery, the faded stalks so indicative of Autumn, and hopefully be eye-catching as well.
And I love the light in Fall; the clarity is just great this time of year.

So you live in farm country, eh? Cool. If you don't mind sharing, which state do you live in? From personal experience, the most corn I ever saw was when riding through Kansas...endless fields. :)

Thanks again!! By the way, what would you like me to call you? You can call me Stan. :)
